A Kashmiri man plying a yellow shikara boat in the Dal Lake in Srinagar, in the north Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. This is in the morning and hence the man plying the boat is not very busy; enough time to drift along and check the mobile phone. In the background are the houseboats meant for tourists.
